2. Give the booking manager the following information:

The date you are interested in

The number of people to accommodate

The number of bedrooms and beds

The type of apartment

3. Our booking manager will send you a list of suitable apartments, along with their ID numbers and more information about their locations and the services provided.

5. When you are ready to book please contact us using one of the options above.

6. We will then process your order, confirm the booking, and contact you with your order number and prepayment details.

Your prepayment secures your reservation.

If you pay by credit card or cash the prepayment amount is:

1 to 5 nights: not less than €100 or the cost of one night in the apartment.
5 to 15 nights: not less than €200 or the cost of two nights in the apartment.
15 to 30 nights: not less than €300 or the cost of three nights in the apartment.

If you pay by bank transfer you must pay the total amount in advance. (Please check whether you can use this option)

Collecting and returning the key.

Let us know when you are planning to arrive. You must contact our office by telephone (+7-495-768-99-78 ) at least 1 hour before your arrival at the apartment. You will be given the  name and phone number of the accommodation manager that you will be meeting.

Once you arrive at the apartment you need to:

1. Call the manager on the number you will have been provided with                                         

2. Meet the manager and collect the key

3. Pay the standard deposit of €100

The deposit must be made in cash and will be returned on your departure.

We always return the deposit if:

You leave the apartment at the exact checkout time agreed with us when you made the booking, or

you must give us at least one hour notice to change your checkout time.

You vacate the apartment in the condition you found it in, and return all the keys.

You are obliged to notify the Luxcompany booking manager about your exact checkout time before 14:00 the day before you are leaving.

For example you are going leave the apartment tomorrow at 11 o’clock. You must call us and say, "I’m going leave apartment at 23 Dubininskaya Street tomorrow at 11 o’clock, please can you meet us then to collect the key and return the deposit."

We send our manager from the office to your apartment just after your call.
In case the accommodation manager is unavailable or you can't contact him you need to call the booking manager on +7-495-768-99-78 (24 hours).
Please allow 30 minutes for assistance

Attention!!!

If you don’t know your arrival time you must call to inform us not less than one hour before arriving at the apartment! As soon as you call we will send a manager.
Please wait near the apartment if you arrive before your accommodation manager.
When you meet the manager he will ask you to sign the rental agreement.
