To rent apartments, you can choose from one of the below forms of payment: 1. Credit card 2. Bank transfer 3. Cash on arrival 4. Western Union or MoneyGram 1.Credit cards
You can pay by credit card on-line. We accept Visa, MasterCard, etc. Choose the apartment and complete the request form at www.Luxcompanyltd.com We will check availability immediately and email you a confirmed booking and reservation number. You will need this number to make the prepayment. Please then enter the unique reservation number provided into the reservation box on the home page of www.Luxcompanyltd.com
Once you have entered your reservation number you will see a control page which displays your reservation number, total payment, and the request “Are you ready to make the payment?”
If you are ready, click the button “pay online” Now you will be redirected to the ASSIST server (which has all necessary licenses and certificates for payment via the internet).
You need to enter your credit card details, phone number and e-mail address in the form, plus the special code which the payment system will generate for you, please complete all the fields in the form which are marked with a red stars, and click the PAY button.
After payment you will receive confirmation by e-mail.

In some cases, we might ask to see your credit card.

2.Bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer can be made if your organization has a representative office in Russia and a current account in rubles. * To do this, you must specify: -The date of the apartment rental -The apartment that you have chosen -The number of people -Bank details -The name of the person who has the authority to sign the rental agreement. -Your contact details. If the apartment which you have chosen is available our booking manager will reserve it for you and send you the reservation confirmation, invoice, and rental agreement.
After payment you will receive confirmation by e-mail.

3. Payment in cash.

Cancel/change reservation and refund money
What happens if I want to cancel my reservation?
1. Please inform the booking manager at Luxcompany as soon as possible! Cancellation notice must be given in advance in written form. Please send the cancellation notice by email:

The cancellation must be made by the person who originally made the reservation. We regret that we cannot compensate for cancellations due to bad weather, illness and changes in travel plans or travel delays. Our service is non-refundable.
The Cancellation penalty is: In case of cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: minimum 100 euros or the cost of one night in your chosen apartment.
In case of cancellation 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: minimum 200 euros or the cost of two nights in your chosen apartment.
In case of cancellation 14 to 3 days prior to arrival: minimum 300 euros or the cost of three nights in your chosen apartment.
In case of cancellation less than 3 days or not check-in the apartment according to the reservation, the guest is obliged to pay the entire rental fee. Reducing the number of nights: Over 15 days prior to arrival: 15 EURO (admin fee) 1 to 15 days prior to arrival: 1/3 of night’s price/Night
In the unlikely case where we have to cancel the reservation (for varying reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works) we will inform you and attempt to reaccommodate in a suitable accommodation of our own at a price equivalent to the original agreed. In any case we will not be held responsible for any extra costs the client bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation. When re-accommodation is impossible we issue a full refund to any payments made to us.
